Thanks for your honest feedback, maybe it was better off without the beat. I just threw it together to be honest and will create some more tracks, sampling some old jazz fusion as I reply to this.
I’m going to explore some more drones. How’s about I share with you guys the Strega, it’s a wonderfully weird synth and would go well with this setup. I’ll cook something up.
I was going to sell my OP as I wasn’t using it but you know what?! Having dusted it off last night, I love it again and it needs a firmware update as there are some brilliant new features.
Nice drone. The beat has me squirming a little though. Was that your intention? I wish I'd picked up an OP-1 when I had the chance in Australia. It was £400 back then.
